To start with, Bryan the owner of Simple Outdoor Living showed up on time for our estimate appointment. After the estimate he gave us a timeframe that his crew would be available to get the work done, and it was done even a little bit sooner. The crew showed up on time, did great work, was very professional, was always very nice, and cleaned up at the end of the job daily.
These guys were excellent to work with! Their hardscape and landscape designs were wonderful. They listened to what we were looking for and provided a layout of the project.
The Project Manager, Coleman was amazing and communication was on point. He went out of his way to ensure everything was going as planned and working correctly or even an extra trip to make sure lighting was aimed at the trees just right. We didn't make many changes to the plan, but we did add a few things as the project transformed and Coleman incorporated last minute requests without blinking an eye and had great suggestions along the way if something needed tweaking as things came up.
We couldn't be happier with our finished project by Simple Outdoor Living.
I would recommend Simple Outdoor Living without hesitation and will be contacting them for future projects.

Coleman, Project Manager, was committed from day one and his crew were exceptional. I have dealt with other construction businesses and have been extremely disappointed. Simple Outdoor Living went beyond to complete my very large project. I had major landscape/hardscape work accomplished. In spite of rain issues and City compliance issues, the job was completed close to the estimated time of completion. Coleman dealt with the City to comply with their regulations and kept me well informed. From Design (which was exceptional) to completion was an exceptional experience. I feel comfortable with the ability to contact them if I have any problems with the job in the future.

Simple Outdoor Living creates a 3-D visual that allows one to see a realistic design of their yard space. At our first on site meeting, Chad took our ideas and explained how they would fit best in our space. He flew a drone over our backyard which allowed the design team to incorporate even minor details that were significant to our family! Next, we shared great insight from Bryan and the rest of the design team. They were able to make adjustments on the spot to meet our needs with regards to entertainment, aesthetics, and sustainability. We at West Hills Masonry, find great value for the resources SOL provides our clients. They really help us up sale additional business for our company. We are able to bring our clients into their showroom and experiment with the layout and what features we may want to add. We also can reference products we can use for our client's project right at their showroom showing a wide variety of installations from pavers to concrete to brick or stone paving or facades.
